Kristi Rothschild is a partner at Rothschild & Alwill focused on employment law. She represents and counsels clients in all aspects of employment matters, including:

Ms. Rothschild is experienced with all stages of litigation, from inception of a case through trial or arbitration, and practices in both state and federal court. A seven-time recipient of both the “Super Lawyer” designation for Southern California and Avvo “Excellent” rating as well as a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” designation recipient, she utilizes her skill, training, and resources to advocate for her individual clients as well as counsel employers regarding employers’ rights regulatory compliance. She understands both the struggles of individual employees as well as the compliance challenges companies face, and she strives to provide innovative, customized solutions for every client to achieve favorable outcomes.

Ms. Rothschild has obtained millions in settlements for clients in class actions as well as individual cases. She has won notable decisions and received favorable rulings from both the California Court of Appeals as well as the California Supreme Court, and she has successfully mediated and arbitrated claims on behalf of clients for 20 years. She believes every client deserves dedicated, hands-on representation from a skilled professional and focuses on delivering the optimal outcome in each case.
